I studied aeronautical engineering in Christchurch New Zealand. After graduating from engineering school in 2019, Covid 19 hit the world and I started working remotely as a VA on various freelancing platforms.
I took various courses and improved my skillset in Digital Marketing. While I worked, I found that clients are unable to find and retain the perfect talent for their company. There are many factors to it. Finding the right person on freelancing websites is hard.
